There’s no better way to start off a long week of work than with a power suit. A strong blazer completes any outfit and transforms those pants you may wear every other day (shh) into a whole new, sophisticated look. I find that structured blazers make me look a little bit older (in a good way), serious, but also stylish. Tweed can be tough because it can come off tired, but when done right, I absolutely love it. This Rebecca Taylor blazer is perfect for spring with shades of a soft pink and black and the fit feels new and fresh. Wider leg pants are definitely in style this season, but I find the ones that flair out too much at the ends can be a bit too bold for a corporate setting – they also happen to not be so flattering on me! Although these trousers above may not look all that exciting, I’ve really enjoyed the looser feel and the slits up the sides by the ankles.
