I’m not usually into pink… but on Valentine’s day….

Valentine’s day is a great excuse to treat yourself with something just because. Hey, it’s cold out, there’s still another 7ish weeks left of winter, so what better time to splurge on some fancy body lotion or a completely unnecessary furry bag pom pom? In all seriousness, my top picks to celebrate Valentine’s Day are below. I poke fun, but even if you don’t have a significant other, show someone you love them! It’s so important that we all stop in our busy days and appreciate what and who we love as often as possible and Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to reset and get the love back into your daily routine!

1. Steve Madden Sassy Heels – these seriously look just like the Altazurra ones and are a fraction of the price! I love trendy shoes but it is painful to splurge on something so trendy that you may only want to wear for a season or two.
2. L’Agent Provocateur bra – because when else are you buying this pretty lacy little thing?
3. Jennifer Meyer “I Love You” necklace – my husband bought me something like this (except instead of “I Love You” it said “taken” on it) the Valentine’s Day after we got engaged and it is still so special to me!

5. NAKED lip gloss – I like the color wild child
6. J. Crew pink cashmere sweater – it is SO cozy
7. Laura Mercier body lotion – I’ve been splurging on nice face and body products lately (especially after getting some sun in December) and it has really made such a difference on my skin! Or I just really like the scent and am convincing myself it’s doing something?
8. Diptique candle – I can’t ever have too many of these! I love keeping a collection and switching off scents
9. Eberjey pajama bottoms – Eberjey makes my favorite pajamas, they aren’t necessarily “sexy” but they are the right balance of cute, comfy, and functional. I think my days of wearing old sorority ripped t-shirts is over…
10. Oliver Peoples pink sunglasses – a friend of mine was wearing these in a different color and the shape seriously works on anyone (unless you have an unusually large head because the frames are a touch on the small side)
11. Jocelyn bag pom pom – because these are just fun and silly
