suede all the way

I’m always looking for ways to merge together my “weekend-wear” and my office wear. This suede skirt might be a little on the aggressive side for work but I thought that maybe if I paired it with a crisp white blouse, I could maybe pull it off! Especially on a Friday, right? I also love mixing deep neutral colors in the winter – there is something about the burgundy/ black/ brown combination that I like. I think black and brown together is sort of like blue and black – remember that old phrase, “black and blue can never be seen, unless they’re in the washing machine?” …. yeah, I’m just going to throw that one out the window!

I hope everyone has some fun weekend plans! I’m off to celebrate a friend’s bachelorette party in the Bahamas 🙂 I know the sun is terrible for your skin, but I’m hoping to extend my Hawaii tan just a little bit longer! Speak to you from the beach XO
