Is anyone else as obsessive as I am about cleaning out their closet between every season? I hate clutter, and live in a city where closet space is almost nonexistent – NYC, I love you anyway! Its quickly approaching that time of year where the white jeans (unless they are winter white – which I am a HUGE fan of) and pastels go into their Container Store boxes (here for some inspiration) and under the bed where they will stay until spring rolls around. In the midst of making sure I have the proper organizational equipment (gotta grab those extra hangers and make space for the jackets!) I’ve decided to be a bit more strategic and find some summer pieces that – with a little re-styling – could work for fall and maybe even winter. This skirt was my favorite “switch up” that I was able to come up with. Swap the nude, shiny pumps for a navy suede and the crisp white button down for a dark pattern and I bet you wouldn’t even guess that I wore this all summer!
