I talked about my favorite under the radar work wear brand Ba&Sh a few weeks ago. This jacquard mini skirt is another one of my favorite pieces from their fall collection. I’m definitely short, so I imagine if you are taller, this look may be a little too “mini” to wear to the office. To make it more appropriate, try wearing a sheer black (or sheer gray – my favorite) tight underneath and pairing it with a flat shoe.
I can’t find this skirt for sale to the U.S. online anymore (bummer) but Ba&Sh is now sold at Nieman’s and is definitely worth checking out! If you are in Europe – you can order it here! Regardless, I love the jacquard mini skirt trend and found some similar skirts available online that you can shop at the end of this post!
I’ve been posting a ton of bell sleeve tops lately and am probably obsessing too much over the trend! This blouse has a cool ruched detail which is a nice twist on the trend. The one I’m wearing is pricey so if you like the trend its worthwhile to also check out this one (which I also own) and this one (which looks very similar.)
I also have to shout out these pumps! I get asked a lot for the best, everyday, basic work pumps… and these are them! They come in a ton of different colors, are just about as comfortable as pointed toe pumps could get, and are really reasonably priced. I LOVE them in leopard and white. If you’re going for a nude, I prefer a matte leather nude to a patent. I used to wear my patent leather nude pumps all the time and find that the matte look a lot more sophisticated now.
Wearing: skirt | top | pumps (the BEST basic nude pumps ever…)
