Updating your work wardrobe with the Shopbop sale!

Aah, the Shopbop Sale. You know I’ll always tell you when a sale is worth it or not, and this one is definitely worth checking out. Not only is almost everything on the site up to 25% off, but they also marked down a ton of amazing pieces (like this Rag and Bone green blazer) so there are amazing deals to find!

My one piece of advice with sales is to have a strategy. As silly as that sounds, when you start filling up your shopping cart with everything, you either wind up getting nothing, or getting a bunch of “crap” that you end up not wanting when you receive it. This year, for me, I’m thinking about spring trends and what statement pieces I want to have in my closet come April.

The first trend I’m obsessed with at the moment is military style! I know what you’re thinking, how can I incorporate military style into my work wardrobe? Even though, the overall look is somewhat… grungy, there are some amazing structured pieces (like a trench coat) that work perfectly for the office. I also love that the military inspired pieces are typically neutral colors (beige, army green, tan, navy) so can seamlessly blend in with the rest of your work-wear. I’ve sorted my picks by jackets, dresses and skirts (I really couldn’t find any work appropriate military pants!) all having different options and price points. Happy shopping!
