Its really unfortunate that I am obsessive about cleaning out my closet because I had the coolest army jacket (made by Seven Jeans) circa 2004 that I never should have gotten rid of!! If only my tiny New York apartment had a larger closet…

This outfit is (clearly) not work appropriate, but I have gotten some requests to start showing some weekend outfits, too! Tell me what you think! On the weekends, I love mixing and matching work clothing wherever I can and I assure you, you will see me wear this Rebecca Minkoff turtleneck as well as these black chunky heel boots in my office looks. This Cinq a Sept army jacket will probably never make it to the office,  but I can’t help but love it regardless. The embellishments are just so fun, and how can you not love a big, girly, bow on an army jacket?

Last – but certainly not least – this Madewell leather skirt is only $198 and SUCH good quality. It could be dressed up with a silky blouse tucked in or dressed down with a turtleneck (like the one I am wearing above) or a chunky knit sweater for a fall weekend day.
