all black everything

There is something so chic about an all black look. Particularly when a turtle neck is involved. And even more particularly when that turtleneck is a laser cut sleeveless one from Vince 🙂 This top to me is a new spin on an old classic – the sleeveless turtleneck, which I happen to love wearing in the office. Although completely counter-inuitive, my office is always freezing during the summer (when the air is blasting) and crazy hot in the winter (when the heat is on). My solution – a space heater under my desk for the summer. . . and sleeveless turtlenecks in the winter! For long sleeve turtlenecks, I like avoiding the big fuzzy types that could lead to overheating during the day (eek) and love these Theory cotton ones. I will continue to rave about the Banana Republic Sloan pants because they truly are the best (I’m telling you, they’re like wearing leggings that actually look nice). Last. but certainly not least, the shoes. They are by a designer Casadei who makes very high heels (perfect for all my fellow petite ladies out there). I couldn’t find the exact ones online, but found this fabulous Schutz pair that are pretty similar. 

PS  – if you are little, the Vince top comes in XXS small. In the picture above I am wearing an XS and as you might be able to see, it’s a little too big by the arm holes!
