It’s all about working hard and playing hard, right? We arrived in Lake Como yesterday, and not a second has gone by that I am not drooling over the beautiful scenery. I think my husband is ready to throw my camera in the water because I keep stopping every two minutes to shoot something new that is beautiful – and beauty is truly found here around every corner. This place is truly magical because it connects the modern world with the old time classics. Last night, as we stumbled home from dinner, we came across an Italian band playing European classics (Besame Mucho.. YES) mixed with some US favorites (okay, fine – I got a little excited when they started playing Frank Sinatra’s New York, New York). Below are some of my favorite shots thus far – and I’ll try to update again soon! I can’t lie, I had extra fun packing for this trip – hopefully I nailed the effortless (that isn’t so effortless) Italian style…
