crop top & collar

A constant goal of mine is to purchase pieces that I could enjoy both on the weekends and in the office – no matter how skilled I think I am at this game, I never expected to succeed in doing this with a crop top. This is one of my favorite A.L.C. weekend crop tops that definitely exposes my belly button with almost any bottoms I pair it with. After recently taking an interest in the “vest  look” I decided to experiment by putting a polished, silk collared shirt under it. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! The top has a thin leather trim at the neckline and is made of a fun texture that contrasts nicely with the silk blouse. As an added bonus, you can wear comfortable pants because the waist is hidden by the long blouse – here I am wearing (again) my favorite Rag and Bone “peggings*” (Pant/ Leggings – get it??!!)
